At 289 Sports, we focus on sports-specific training to boost performance and prevent burnout. Unlike school programs, we provide smaller groups, personalized attention, and track performance on 12 key indicators. This helps your athlete reach their full potential while reducing the risk of injury.
Yes, you can cancel your training anytime, but there's a $500 fee for early cancellation. We value commitment and expect our clients to share this mindset. You can also pause your training for up to 3 months, after which the subscription will auto-renew. This flexibility accommodates changing seasons and personal needs.
Our pricing depends on the length of commitment. We offer 3, 6, and 12-month training sessions, with prices decreasing and value increasing for longer commitments. All programs are billed monthly and can be signed up for via our website. Typical schedule: 8 sessions/month. 3 months = $87.50/week, 6 months = $75/week, 12 months = $50/week. Summer Only = $600 (8 weeks at 2x/week).
