Step 1: Sign up for Athlete Assessment

What is the purpose of an Athlete Assessment?
This is a 1:1 session with our Trainer where they will test the athlete in all our KPI's that we test throughout our workouts. This is how we Onboard Every Athlete that trains with us so we can see where their strengths and weaknesses are and then we have the baseline numbers to see how they improve!  

Step 2: Get your Athlete Signed up

We focus on improving the following Sport-Specific Qualities

The F5 training system is a unique, comprehensive approach that focuses on developing five distinct types of force: Vertical, Horizontal, Rotational, Isometric, and Dynamic. This method is designed to target all critical aspects of athletic power and movement, ensuring well-rounded strength, agility, and explosive performance.
